Additionally, the Concourse Services allow certain users to create profile pages.           B. Personal Information We May Automatically Collect About You

Our Services may automatically collect certain Personal Information about you. We use this information to help us design our Services to better suit our users’ needs. This information may include:

IP address, which is the number associated with the service through which you access the Internet, like your ISP (Internet Service Provider);

Concourse is the owner of all De-identified Information, which we may use for any purpose, including without limitation for research and marketing purposes, and which we may also share with any third parties, including advertisers, promotional partners, and sponsors, in our discretion.

We use commercially reasonable measures to store and maintain your Personal Information in a secure environment. However, you should assume that no data transmitted over the Internet or stored or maintained by us or our third-party service providers can be 100% secure.           VII. STORAGE LOCATION AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Concourse stores its data, including Personal Information, on servers located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) and/or worldwide. By submitting information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing of your Personal Information in the HKSAR and/or worldwide.

          VIII. DATA RETENTION

We will retain your Personal Information and account information for as long as it remains necessary for the identified purpose or as required by law, which may extend beyond the termination of our relationship with you.

You can request that Concourse delete your Personal Information and account information at any time. However, we may retain certain data as necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, or for legitimate business purposes, such as analysis of aggregated, non-personally identifiable data, account recovery, or if required by law. Generally, for the purpose of profile analytics, profile information is retained for a period of at least ten (10) years. All retained Personal Information and account information will remain subject to the terms of this Policy.

          IX. ACCESSING, CORRECTING, OR DELETING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may have the right to access the Personal Information we hold about you in order to verify the Personal Information we have collected in respect to you and to have a general account of our uses of that information. Upon receipt of your written request and following proper authentication and verification, we will provide you with a copy of your Personal Information, although in certain limited circumstances, and as permitted under law, we may not be able to make all relevant information available to you, such as where that information also pertains to another Registered User. In such circumstances we will provide reasons for the denial to you upon request. We will endeavor to deal with all requests for access and modifications in a timely manner as required by applicable law.

We will make every reasonable effort to keep your Personal Information accurate and up to date, and we will provide you with mechanisms to update, correct, delete, or add to your Personal Information as appropriate. As appropriate, this amended Personal Information will be transmitted to those parties to which we are permitted to disclose your information. Having accurate Personal Information about you enables us to give you the best possible service.

          X. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION

The Services are intended only for users over the age of eighteen (18). If we become aware that a user is under thirteen (13) (or a higher age threshold where applicable) and has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to comply with any applicable legal requirement to remove such information.
